High above Avenida da Liberdade, SEEN Lisboa frames the city through an Art Deco lens. Architect Sidney Quintela drew on influences from 1930s glamour and SEEN São Paulo, designing a 360º venue that feels darker, more intimate, and unapologetically cosmopolitan.
