Inspired by both Portuguese and Brazilian cuisine, the SEEN Lisboa menu is the stage for dishes featuring authentic, fresh and high-quality ingredients. Wagyu beef, fish and sea food locally sourced from the Portuguese coast and the traditional Brazilian palm hearts, pupunha palm and cassava are just some of the stars which Chef Olivier will be serving.
In addition to starters to share at the bar with a designer cocktail in hand while your table is being prepared, the menu also includes lots of options for all diet lifestyles.
For lovers of traditional Japanese cuisine, SEEN Lisboa has a Sushi Bar led by Chef Thalles Boniatti dos Santos who’ll be unveiling a contemporary twist on Japanese dining. There’s also a great range of sakes to choose from to harmonize perfectly with your food.
Choose the Oyster Bar though and you’ll be able to dine on the freshest oysters in town. With other eating options in mind, the menu also has some inspiring vegetarian suggestions, including our 90% Organic Salad.
The cocktails designed by the Head Bartender Lucas Jaques will definitely be an attraction for fans of the art of mixology.
The drinks menu features traditional Negronis, Moscow Mules, Manhattans and New York Sours, but it also has some mesmerizing designer cocktails such as the famous Penicillin made with exotic ingredients, as well as the stylish Acônito.
